The Matcha Workshop is an engaging and interactive experience designed to deepen your understanding and appreciation of authentic Japanese matcha. Together, we'll explore its origins, health benefits, and different grades while discovering the traditions behind the Japanese tea ceremony. You'll also have the opportunity to experience a traditional Japanese stone mill, hand-grinding tea leaves to appreciate the craftsmanship behind authentic matcha production.

The workshop concludes with guided tastings, traditional whisking techniques, and the chance to create your own Matcha Latte and Usucha to enjoy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask guests to review the following terms before booking our matcha workshops.

Ticket Terms
All tickets are non-refundable once purchased, as workshops are scheduled on a specific date and time.

Guest Rescheduling
Should you be unable to attend, each ticket may be rescheduled once, subject to availability:

• 7 days or more prior to the event
  Complimentary rescheduling to an alternative session.
• Within 7 days of the event
  Rescheduling is available with a £10 administrative fee.
• Within 48 hours of the event start time, or in the event of non-attendance
  No refund, rescheduling, or credit will be offered.

All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing by email and are subject to confirmation.

Cancellation by Tea Parlour
In the unlikely event that Tea Parlour must cancel or reschedule a workshop, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to attend an alternative session.

Dietary Requirements
If you have any dietary requirements or food allergies, please inform us on arrival.

Photography & Media
Photos and short videos may be taken during the workshop for marketing and social media purposes. Guests who prefer not to be photographed are kindly invited to inform us in advance or upon arrival.
